Cerritos, California, 1/5/2015: InBody introduced its new line of wearables this year at 2015 International CES®. The line includes InBody Band and InLab, two fitness trackers that received the CES Innovation Honoree Award for outstanding design and technology in the Wearables Technology category. This award is globally recognized as it highlights the best in consumer technology.

The recently unveiled InBody Band combines the technology of BIA with the accessibility of an activity tracker. It is the first and only activity tracker that calculates Percent Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Body Fat Mass, BMR, and BMI. Utilizing two finger electrodes on the top of the band and two wrist electrodes at the bottom of the screen, the InBody Band calculates your body composition in less than ten seconds. It also tracks heart rate with ECG electrodes, sleep patterns, calories eaten and consumed, and steps taken. The band comes in 11 colors.

The InLab 3 is a fashionable activity tracker, merging fashion with technology. The InLab is a simpler version of the InBody Band, also tracking steps taken, distance traveled, and time. Its modern and chic look is designed to be discreet, and its leather wristband demonstrates InBody’s continued attempt to create high quality devices in both body composition analyzers and wearables. Both the InBody Band and InLab connect to users’ smartphones via Bluetooth, and all data can be uploaded and monitored through the InBody App.

InBody is the leading manufacturer of body composition analyzers and is globally renowned for its accuracy in technology and innovation in design. With its new line of wearables, InBody is redefining fitness trackers by combining medical-grade technology with intelligent design. With headquarters in Seoul, Korea, InBody has expanded its global footprint to Japan, China, and the United States. To learn more about InBody and InBody devices, visit www.inbodyusa.com.
